We are thrilled that you are going to join us for this fun-filled day!
Please choose from one of the options below or on the side menu so that we may route your registration form more quickly:
- Resource exhibitor registration = People who provide resources for the disability community

Deadline: Registration will close at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 3.
- Sponsor registration = Individuals and/or corporations that want to help financially or with an in-kind contribution (entertainment, food, drinks, balloons, parking, etc.) If you were previously called an Entertainment Exhibitor at a past Make 'm Smile - this is you!

Deadlines: For those wishing to be listed in printed publications, you must register by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 16. If you wish to have an exhibitor space, you must register by 5 p.m. on Monday, May 3. If you would like to contribute after that date, we will still gladly accept your contribution.
- VIP registration (Registration not open yet) = VIP Kids and their families (VIP Kids are any kids with special needs which include any physical, cognitive, medical or hidden disability, chronic or life-threatening illness, or those who are medically fragile)
- Buddy registration (Registration not open yet) = Buddies are individuals, couples, and/or families that want to “Be A Buddy” and engage in friendship with a VIP Kid and their family
- Volunteer registration (Registration not open yet) = People that make the event happen
