Make 'm Smile Exhibitor Instructions
Please share all information regarding this event with the person(s) who will be representing you or your organization/company on the day of the event. Click on the picture to see/print a copy of the instructions (PDF format).

BOOTH SPACE INFORMATION
Each booth includes:
- One sign
- One 10 foot X 10 foot tent
- One 6 foot table (not skirted or clothed)
- Two chairs
- Free cold beverages and one food voucher per representative
EXHIBITOR REGULATIONS
- Exhibitors are required to check in at a designated area and drop off materials between 5:30 and 7:00 a.m. A member of the Smile Team will transfer your materials to your assigned booth while you park. As it gets closer to the event date, you will receive this information from the Nathaniel's Hope office.
- All Exhibitors must be completely set up and ready to receive guests no later than 7:00 a.m.
- Booths need to be staffed by your personnel at all times until the event ends at 1:00 p.m.
- When the event is over, please leave everything in tact, including your sign.
- Please note: We do not allow sales of any kind or solicitation of donations during the event.
