EVENT HOURS
7:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE
- Between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. = Exhibitors are required to check in at a designated area and drop off materials. The earlier to you get there the better it will be for everyone concerned!
- No later than 7:15 a.m. = All Exhibitors / Entertainment must be completely set up and ready to receive guests.
- Regardless of your assigned check-in location, a member of the Smile Team will transfer your materials to your assigned booth while you park.
- As it gets closer to the event date, you will receive this your assigned check-in area and parking information from the Nathaniel's Hope office.
EXHIBITOR SPACE WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED
Please note: registrations will be processed and space assigned on a first come, first served basis and must be received no later than Monday, May 3, 2010.
BOOTH SPACE INFORMATION
Each booth includes:
- One sign
- One 10 foot X 10 foot tent
- One 6 foot table (not skirted or clothed)
- Two chairs
- Free cold beverages and one food voucher per representative
WHAT YOUR ORGANIZATION WILL NEED TO PROVIDE
- Appropriate staffing for until the event ends at 1:00 p.m.
- A kid-friendly activity such as games or arts and crafts projects
- When the event is over, please leave everything in tact, including your sign.
PLEASE NOTE
We do not allow sales of any kind or solicitation of donations during the event.
